Returns and Refund Policy
At MTH Loyalty, we want you to love your sustainable fashion purchases. If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to help.
Eligibility for Returns
1.1. Items are eligible for return within 30 days of the delivery date.
1.2. To qualify for a return, the item must:
Be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
Not be marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
2.1. To start the return process:
Send an email to contact@mthloyalty.com with your order number and details of the items(s) you wish to return.
We will provide instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
2.2. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Return Shipping
3.1. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
An incorrect item was shipped.
3.2. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. MTH Loyalty is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
4.1 Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4.2 Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.
4.3. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
Exchanges
5.1. We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
Non-Returnable Items
6.1. The following items are not eligible for return:
Gift cards.
Items marked as “Final Sale”.
Customised or personalised items.
Damaged or Defective items
7.1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
7.2. Provide photos of the damage and your order number for a quick resolution.
Late or Missing Refunds
8.1. If you haven’t received a refund after the processing period:
Check with your bank or credit card company (refunds can take time to reflect).

International Returns
9.1. For international orders, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, duties, and taxes.
9.2. Refunds will exclude any custom duties or fess originally paid.
